How do I book a service with AEC?
Fill in the request form on this page or message us on WhatsApp at +250 791 097 865. Tell us the service, dates and number of guests, and we'll reply to confirm availability, options and pricing.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially for airport meet and assist, VIP protocol and events. Share your flight or event details as soon as you have them so we can confirm arrangements in time. Short-notice requests are welcome. Contact us and we'll tell you what's possible.
What does airport meet and assist include?
A member of our team receives you at Kigali International Airport (KGL), assists you through the airport and coordinates your onward transfer. For departures, we help you through check-in and departure. Exact arrangements are confirmed when you book.
Can you support business delegations and conference attendees?
Yes. We coordinate travel, accommodation, airport reception and ground logistics for companies, delegations and event guests visiting Kigali.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Kigali and help with arrangements across Rwanda, including travel to destinations outside the capital.
How is pricing handled?
